Hello again ,
According to this page : http://travelaxa.cz/…-and-permit/
It is possible to present a valid fishing licence from your home country and passport or ID card to get Czech fishing licence.
Is it true?
Thank you .

#1848 Vedret: Hello, if you want to fish in the Czech Republic, you have two options. The first option is a private commercial water. There you only need to buy a permit from the owner or the operator. The second option is fishing on the grounds of the Moravian Fishing Union. In this case you need a Fishing Ticket first. You can obtain it at the state administration office. The validity is a year, three, ten or until the end of life. The price is 100, 300, 500 or 1000 crowns respectively. Then you must visit the Moravian Fisheries Association's office, the address is Soběšická 83, 61400 Brno and you can buy a fishing permit there. The price depends on the duration of the permit – you can obtain daily, weekly, monthly and yearly permit.
